Update

06/2014 — Miles is the author of a collection of stories, Line of Fall  (University of Iowa Press) and a collection of poems, Harm (University of Nevada Press). His newest release, Fire Season (Stephen F. Austin State University Press) had its genesis as a story in his MFA thesis. He is a member of the English faculty at Texas State University where he was founding director of the MFA program. He now lives half the year on the McKenzie.
